Xiaomi has issued a new update resolving a major issue affecting users of the Xiaomi 15T Pro. Previously, users couldn’t download the update package in the OS3.0.5.0.WOSEUXM beta version due to a notification glitch sending alerts prematurely. The company has rectified this, ensuring the installation file is now ready, and users can download the package smoothly.
Moreover, a bug that impacted all devices running HyperOS involved the Google Dialer app, which persistently requested microphone permission, despite user consent being previously granted. This annoying issue has been addressed with an update controlled by Google’s cloud, and Xiaomi reports no new complaints.
Some unresolved problems remain, notably for Xiaomi Pad 7 users experiencing unpredictable Wi-Fi disconnections, and interface issues within Game Booster. The Xiaomi 15 Ultra faces challenges such as the absence of sound in Bluetooth connections, erratic timer performance, and unexpected reboots. Issues like Instagram’s camera access and system self-restarts also specifically plague the Xiaomi 15.
In the POCO lineup, there are reports of the POCO F5’s sound panel freezing and the POCO X6 Pro 5G shutting down unexpectedly under certain conditions. Xiaomi acknowledges that the underlying causes of these bugs are largely indeterminate at this stage. However, they are actively analyzing feedback to locate and fix these problems.
